Which pad for your floor?
Three answers give you the right Suprashine pad: what the floor is, what you want to achieve and which machine you clean with. Hybrids are for low-speed machines only, so they are left out for a burnisher.
Attach the Hybrids to a carrier pad, spaced evenly (for example 5 pieces on a 20" pad). Work with water on a low-speed machine, ideally a scrubber, with at least 40–45 kg of pressure.
On a high-speed machine, work with a slightly wet pad: less dust, better cleaning, longer pad life and a better gloss.
The manufacturer describes this step for a scrubber-dryer or single-disc machine. Regular, High Performance and Heavy Duty pads also work on high-speed machines.
Burnish at no more than 1000 rpm.
Burnish at no more than 1000 rpm.

Frequently asked questions
What if my floor is not listed?
Suprashine pads suit almost every floor except carpet. Pick the closest floor, or send us an inquiry with a description and a photo of the floor and we will suggest the pads and the sequence.
Do I need a high-speed burnisher?
No. A scrubber-dryer or single-disc machine is enough for restoration, deep cleaning, gloss upgrades and daily maintenance. A burnisher is only needed for the optional burnishing step that lifts the gloss further.
Why don’t Hybrids work on a burnisher?
Hybrids are pads for restoring concrete, terrazzo and natural stone. The manufacturer specifies them for low-speed machines only, ideally scrubbers, with at least 40–45 kg of pressure, with water and in 3 to 4 passes.
Which pad size do I need?
The one that matches the pad holder on your machine. Pads come in 5" to 28", and High Performance and Heavy Duty also in 36" and 48". Standard part numbers exist for 17" (432 mm), 20" (508 mm) and 27" (686 mm), in 2-packs. Machines with a rectangular plate take rectangular pads from 9 × 12" to 14 × 32", and hand work the 5.25 × 10.5" utility pad.
When will I see a result?
For High Performance pads the manufacturer states that results can be seen in as soon as 10 days of routine cleaning, with maximum gloss usually reached after 30+ days.
What does the 1000 rpm limit mean?
On rubber and soft PVC rolls and on vinyl, the manufacturer gives a maximum of 1000 rpm for gloss upgrades and burnishing, so the surface does not overheat.
