Suprashine diamond pads

Four pad lines for every hard floor

Suprashine diamond pads clean and polish floors with water only, on the machine you already own. Regular is for daily care and deep cleaning, High Performance for high-traffic floors, Heavy Duty for stripping, and Hybrids for restoring concrete, terrazzo and stone.

Choose a line

Each line has its own job. The colour of the pad tells you the grit: a lower number cleans more aggressively, a higher one gives more gloss.

The lines compared

Every line works with water only. They differ in grits, job and machines.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Regular and High Performance?

Regular is a flexible pad in five grits for almost every hard and resilient floor, coated or uncoated. High Performance carries double the amount of micro diamonds and is made for high-traffic floors: it lifts the floor to a higher gloss during daily cleaning and lasts longer.

Which pad strips an old finish without stripper?

Heavy Duty, 220 brown or 400 red, with water only. The manufacturer recommends it for stripping polymer finishes on linoleum and similar floors, and for surface preparation. HD 220 is the best for heavy stripping of emulsions and coatings from PVC, linoleum, rubber and epoxy, and for prep before renewal or permanent coatings.

Are Hybrids pads?

No. Hybrids are 5" (127 mm) discs with a hybrid bond that you attach to a standard pad, for example 5 pieces on a 20" pad. On a low-speed machine, with water, they restore concrete, terrazzo and natural stone.

Can I combine the lines?

Yes, that is how the system works. For concrete, for example, the manufacturer suggests Hybrids or Heavy Duty to restore, HP 800 to deep clean, HP 3500 for daily maintenance and RG 8000 for high-speed burnishing.

How are the pads numbered and packed?

The item number gives the line, grit and size, for example SHP-3500-20. Standard item numbers exist for 17", 20" and 27" (432, 508 and 686 mm), two pads per pack. The manufacturer makes pads from 5" to 28", and HP and HD also in 36" and 48".
